🚀 NASA Teams Up with Netflix to Stream Space Missions to Your Screen
NASA is joining forces with Netflix to make space exploration more accessible than ever. Starting this summer, NASA+ live programming will be available on Netflix, allowing viewers to stream rocket launches, astronaut spacewalks, and even live views of Earth from the comfort of home.
This collaboration reflects NASA’s goal to reach wider and younger audiences through modern platforms. Netflix, with over 700 million global users, gives NASA a powerful boost in visibility during what the agency calls a “Golden Age of Innovation and Exploration.”
NASA+ is still free and ad-free on the NASA app and website. The Netflix partnership just makes it easier to access on a familiar platform.
Tip of the Day

🎓 Think Twice Before You Double Major
Double majoring might sound impressive on paper, but in most cases, it’s more work than reward. If you're aiming for grad school, industry, or research, it's usually smarter to go deep in one subject and build relevant experience. Here's why:
📚 Depth > Breadth: Grad programs and employers care more about what you've done in your major than how many majors you’ve declared. Focused research, projects, or internships carry more weight.
⏳ Time & Energy Drain: Juggling two majors often means missing out on extracurriculars, networking, or skill-building experiences that matter more.
💰 No Extra Pay: Most double majors don’t see a salary boost. What matters more is your portfolio, work experience, and ability to solve problems.
🔁 Overlapping Coursework ≠ Efficiency: Even if two majors share some classes, you’ll still have to meet additional requirements and risk burnout.
🧠 Alternative: Minor in a second subject, or take a few targeted electives or certifications that align with your goals; it’s more flexible and just as respected.
